Defend Fire Protection is a Christchurch based, family-owned Fire alarm Installation and servicing company that has been in business for over 10 years. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of quality products and service to our valued clients.
We are looking for a part time administrator (approx. 20hrs per week) to assist the Service Co-Ordinator in the administration side of our business. You will be working with a friendly professional team that likes to get the work done with a smile and exceed the requirements of our valued clients.
This person needs to have a high standard of work ethic be a self-starter as well as work for our service team to ensure the administration is complete, be able to communicate well with our clients, work with others in the team as needed and work alone to meet deadlines.
While experience in the area would be beneficial training will be given.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, has great customer service and a willingness to learn and put their stamp on this business.
You will need to have a clean drivers licence, be a New Zealand resident or hold a current work visa, you will be working from our offices and will be liaising with staff and customers as well as other professionals in this industry.
