Director Paul Bangma (NZCQS) is a successful leader of complex construction projects. With a Quantity Surveying background, Paul is well versed in the practicalities and theories of commercial construction, and combines his knowledge and expertise with decisive, honed project management skills. Before establishing Paban Consulting Ltd in 1999, Paul worked as a Project Management Consultant and Quantity Surveyor on some of Christchurch’s landmark commercial developments including Clarendon Tower, Deloitte House, and Forsyth Barr House. With over 30 years’ experience Paban Consulting Ltd is proud of its reputation for successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
