A huge congratulations to Ashley Norton-Taylor of Bergin Monitoring Group, who has been selected as a finalist for the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA) Alarm Monitoring Professional of the Year Award!

This recognition is a fantastic reflection of Ashley’s exceptional talent, leadership, dedication and approach to his role in the security industry.

What sets Ashley apart is his ability to think differently, innovate and challenge the traditional way of doing things.

In an industry where it can be easy to follow the same old approach, Ashley is innovative and consistently looks for ways to provide a genuine point of difference, particularly when it comes to customer service and the experience we provide to our clients.

At Bergin Monitoring Group, we believe good alarm monitoring is about so much more than simply how quickly we are responding to our clients alarm signals...

It is about the actions we take, our communication, the relationships we build, innovation and utilizing new technology, reliability and most importantly making sure our customers know there is a real team of people behind the technology.

Providing peace of mind to clients that we are relentless in our approach towards their security and treat every site as if our own.

Ashley embodies that philosophy every day!

Some jobs are contracts. Others are a privilege.

This week marks the start of a very special chapter for Alpha Protection Services & Bergin Monitoring Group

We’re honoured to now be the security provider for Riccarton House & Bush, a place that holds deep history, heritage, and meaning for Christchurch.

This is more than a site. It’s a taonga. And we treat it that way.

Alpha will be providing:

- Full lockdown services
- Mobile patrol checks throughout the night
- Alarm monitoring in partnership with our sister company Bergin Monitoring Group

This isn’t just work to us. Christchurch is our home. Our responsibility. We don’t just operate here, we live here. We show up personally, and we show up with pride.

We believe in doing the job right, holding the standard, and protecting our clients like we would family.

Today we welcome Riccarton House & Bush to our client base and we are honoured to protect this amazing site so the people of Canterbury and all of those who visit can enjoy its rich history and beautiful ground
