Achievement Syndrome

Achievement Syndrome Achievement Syndrome (A.S) is a coaching and training business underpinned by strong psychological theory and principles.

A.S aims to help people navigate through our pressurised society and provide a preventative well-being service to all those in need. Achievement Syndrome's facebook fan page offers you a place to post success stories, and photos of your achievements, and motivators.

11 years ago Achievement Syndrome (A.S): psychology for success was founded by Natasha Kesseler. Driven by the philosophy ‘when ave

rage isn't good enough’. Natasha was tired of seeing people treat symptoms rather than apply preventative solutions, both personally and in the corporate world. A.S was borne out of a desire to provide a positive psychology based business to help clients, both individuals and organisations achieve better outcomes. A.S brings a strong point of different to the market, as it is supported by Natasha's psychology background. A.S is a training and coaching business that offers practical and researched approaches to help you move forward in a logical and clear way. Life stressors are normal and A.S aims to provide physical and mindset solutions to help people cope better, perform better and feel better. No matter what your life stressor is, we are experienced in redundancy coaching, career changes, returning to work after having children, retirement planning or achieving sporting excellence. This is achieved through our unique custom designed products and services:

Services include:
Individual coaching sessions using our 'values based' methodology,
Training workshops,
Guest/Conference speaking and team building workshops. Products include:
Vision Boards
Motivational Cards
Motivational Books
