Have you ever been told some really deep emotive motivating advice from someone who is further in their journey than you - something simple but true and kind of makes your heart tingle in a great way - I have heard this simple but sage advice from such sources and I have even used it myself to motivate others x

The Saying is - while you are not doing what you are meant to be doing someone who needs it is not receiving it and missing out x

I was coming off a coaching session the other day and one of the things we discussed triggered me so deep I had a physical reaction once my body was able to process it - it was a simple comment that showed me the deep ingrained mindset of the salon industry not just my beautiful coachee -
This comment put me into a tail spin and had to reply with I am sorry if this offends then went into a reply that I have realised I have been too scared to say out loud let alone to someone else - luckily she appreciated the perspective .

The next day my mind and I were having a mind chat ( thinking borderline overthinking ) and I said to myself this mindset really upsets me and s limiting how successful salons can be actually any business but in this scenario Salons - and my reply to myself was - you can’t moan or even get frustrated in fact you have no right for a reaction like that because no one knows that you think and believe that because you are too scared to share it - so shut up or do something about it 😩

You see the thing is - I know how to build businesses in tough times I know how to grow in recessions, my perspective I think is challenging and not main stream but I was aware from my reply to my beautiful client that it’s something I am passionate about - side note my client took my feedback on my perspective and is now booked all week and she is a brand new home based business xx
