Hamilton Avenue takes a warmer, more urban approach to Gold Coast living, drawing on the glamour of Manhattan and the geometry of Art Deco rather than the typical language of resort design.

Even the smallest details, like the repeated curves carved into the joinery corners soften the architecture without losing its sense of precision.

At Shelley Street, homes feel less like traditional townhouses, and more like spacious urban lofts.

Each of the nine homes occupy a compact inner-city parcel, but three levels of living and a private rooftop terrace turn that limited footprint into something very generous.

The reversed living arrangement places the lounge and kitchen on the uppermost floor, immersing residents amongst the treetops and providing expansive outlooks across Richmond.
