Seven years ago, HTK began with a clear purpose: to accelerate business potential while delivering excellent outcomes for people and the community.

As we prepare for our next chapter together with Tuia Group, we're sharing a glimpse of what we’ve achieved.

"These outcomes reflect a consistent principle, and a capability matched with care. That principle will continue to guide us as we move into the next phase. Thank you for your trust and partnership. We look forward to continuing this work together." - Renata Hakiwai, Director.

Generative AI & how it's reshaping business now.

The latest Harvard Business Review Generative AI Pulse Survey shows how organisations are moving from experimentation to impact.

Here are some insights every business should act on today

1️⃣ Adoption is accelerating. Nearly 6 in 10 leaders say AI is already embedded in daily workflows. Businesses that hesitate risk falling behind as competitors scale efficiencies.

2️⃣ Sills are the biggest barrier. Executives highlight capability gaps as the #1 challenge. Without the right training and governance, adoption stalls or worse, creates risk.

3️⃣ Value is shifting into strategy. Early pilots are proving AI's potential, but the real return comes from embedding it into core processes, not just side experiments.

What does this mean for businesses?
➡️ Audit where AI can boost productivity today
➡️Upskill your teams in responsible AI use
➡️Build an adoption roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
