So some feature walls done today in this very tidy new build out in Rolleston.

This beautiful property is down for a full strip of the weatherboards because of the presence of lead-based primers. These primers where perfect back in the days as they preserved the timber perfectly but aren't suitable for Acrylic topcoats. Blisters and shriveled areas are signs of the presence of lead-based primers.
