Qualified pharmacists are in high demand across New Zealand, particularly in Auckland, with opportunities available in hospital, community pharmacy and urgent care settings.
As a pharmacist, you’ll play an important role in patient care, dispensing medicines, providing advice and working alongside GPs and hospital teams to support treatment plans.
To practise in New Zealand, you’ll need a recognised Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification, registration with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate. International pharmacists have different registration pathways depending on where they qualified.
