An invitation to Christchurch businesses; a Christchurch client has asked me to run a 'Leadership 101' programme for six of their emerging leaders, however the relatively small number doesn't really allow for the rich conversations and perspectives that is achieved with my preferred cohort size of 10-12.

The programme will run from June with three-hour sessions occurring every 4-5 weeks. There will be eight sessions in all, and I can provide more information on programme content for any prospective client.

This programme has proved very successful with all of my clients for many years, and whilst aimed at new leaders, it is equally of benefit for established leaders wanting a refresh on contemporary leadership tools and models.
