Two of our crew — Rob Hubbard from Wānaka and Darryn Crawford from Christchurch — have both swapped their home offices for the City of Sails this week! 🌊 They're at the NZIQS Conference in Auckland and we'll forgive them for leaving the South Island behind, just this once. 😄

Construction of these five, luxurious, 3-level apartments was a challenging, yet rewarding, project.

Focus Project Services not only helped with the builder's successful tender submission but also provided Quantity Surveying services throughout the construction phase.

Located on the picturesque shores of Lake Wakatipu, these highly-appointed residences were completed on time and within budget - a reflection of the collaborative efforts of all involved. It was a pleasure to be part of such a high-quality and contemporary architectural project.
