Dear Valued Customers.
As of Tuesday 28th April 2020, Active Electrical Supplies Ltd (Papanui) will transition our business from Level 4 (Essential Service Support) to Level 3 where we will be open to all our customers with strict rules and guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health, Health and Safety and Work Safety. This is to protect you, our customers and our staff, who will do all they can to give you and your customers products required as we work together to eliminate the transmission of Covid-19.
Safety – Alert Level 3
• Our staff, have been supplied with appropriate PPE and will be using this during Level 3.
o We will be ensuring our own safe sanitizing practices through regular hand washing and sanitizing, along with cleaning surfaces in the warehouse and delivery vehicles throughout the day.
• *NO normal entry to the building. There will be very limited access to the building.
o There will be a small marked off area inside the front door for small order collection.
o For larger orders the roller door will be open with a small marked off area for collection.
• All product orders are to be received by phone, e-mail or text and then either collected from our warehouse collection areas, or delivered by a pre-arranged contactless (Social Distancing) procedure, 2 metres.
o We will endeavour to ensure your order is ready for collection when you arrive.
o We will text you when your order is ready to collect.
• Prior arrangement for collection or dropping off orders is essential to ensure the process remains contactless.
o Deliveries will require a drop off arrangement and we will phone you just before our driver arrives to ensure the orders are received safely and contactless.
• You: Please ensure you use your appropriate PPE during level 3 when visiting our premises and receiving deliveries. Please ensure safe distancing practices are adhered to.
• Payments:
o Trade account orders will go on to your accounts as usual.
o Use of card payments will be contactless. Our staff will be the only people touching the EFTPOS machine.
