NZ Dimensionz Ltd now offers a waterjet cutting service using our Omax 0707 waterjet, a cutting process that can cut complex shapes extremely accurately using water and garnet running at 48000 psi.
Waterjets can cut through a large variety of flat materials such as (but not limited to) steel, brass, copper, aluminum, glass, stone and plastic’s, etc from .5mm up to 150mm thick depending on the material.
This state-of-the-art technology cuts smooth precise edges in any two-dimensional shape, the finished piece requires little to no finishing dependant on end-use and because it is a cold cut there is no heat transfer into or distortion of the finished piece.
Our waterjet is ideally suited to brackets, small components, and such consumables, with a maximum cut size of 750mm x 1100mm.

We also offer a design service that can turn a sketch into reality for bespoke one-offs to full-scale production runs.
