👋 MEET THE TEAM | KYLIE

Next up is Kylie - the friendly face of our Wanaka branch! 🙌

Kylie is our Wanaka admin superstar, keeping things running smoothly, greeting our customers with a smile and, most importantly, keeping the Wanaka lads in line.

Kylie officially joined the Onpoint team a few years ago, but she's really been part of the furniture since day one! As the partner of John, our big boss, she's been there through all the highs, lows and everything in between.

And while John might be the face behind Onpoint, we reckon Kylie deserves a fair bit of credit too! ❤️
Anyone who's been involved in building a business knows the long hours, stress and sacrifices that come with it, and Kylie's been right there supporting John every step of the way.

She's a huge part of the Onpoint family, both behind the scenes and in the Wanaka office, and we're super lucky to have her!

Although we're still not sure what's harder… putting up with John at home or the boys at work! 😂👏

👋 MEET THE TEAM | MYLES

Next up is Myles, one of the newest additions to our Wanaka crew!

All the way from the UK, Myles brings a heap of experience and knowledge in automotive glazing, and when we say this guy is efficient, we mean SUPER efficient! 💪🚗

Myles has a great sense of humour, which is just as well considering he's Cam's right-hand man! 😂 Between the two of them, there's certainly no shortage of banter, and Myles has quickly learnt that working alongside Cam means you've got to be able to give as good as you get!

The only slight issue? The Pom accent! 🇬🇧 Half the time we're not entirely sure what Myles is saying, and naturally, we make sure he knows about it! 😂 Safe to say, the banter goes both ways!

A top guy, a seriously skilled glazier and an awesome addition to the Onpoint crew! 🙌

👋 MEET THE TEAM | TRENT

Next up is Our wee Trent, who has been part of the Onpoint crew for 4½ years!

Trent is a qualified Automotive Glazier, and a bloody good one at that! 🚗🔧

After enjoying a nice wee holiday (courtesy of ACC 😂) he’s back on deck and is now learning the ropes of flat glass glazing, adding a few more tricks to his toolkit.

Trent might be our youngest employee, but he’s also one of our longest-standing and being the youngest certainly doesn’t stop him from being our biggest stirrer! 😂

He LOVES dishing out the banter and giving everyone else grief… but when it comes flying back his way, he’s not quite so keen! 👀😂 We do have to admit though, his chirp brings a bloody good vibe to the workplace and we wouldn’t have him any other way!

Cheek aside, Trent is a seriously talented glazier, a great worker and a big part of the Onpoint crew. We’re looking forward to seeing him add flat glass to the list of things he’s bloody good at! 🙌

👋 MEET THE TEAM | BRETT (AKA BERT)

Next up is Brett, our newest addition to the Onpoint crew, although after 8 months, he’s already managed to earn himself a nickname… “Bert” 😂 And unfortunately for him, it seems to be sticking!

Brett is currently learning the ropes of automotive glazing and is doing bloody well! 🚗🔧 He’s picked things up quickly and is becoming a great part of the team.

He’s also well and truly a Cromwell local. According to Sam, it doesn’t matter where they head for a job, Brett will know someone. 😂 You’d be hard pressed to go anywhere around Cromwell without him stopping for a yarn!

A great guy, well known Cromwell local, always up for a classic chat, and fitting into the Onpoint crew pretty damn well. 🙌

👋 MEET THE TEAM | CAM

Next up, meet Cam – our Wanaka Branch Manager! 🙌

Cam actually worked for Onpoint back in the early days before heading off to do his own thing for a while… but clearly he missed us! When the opportunity came up to open our Wanaka branch, Cam came back on board to take the reins and he’s been there since the doors first opened!

He’s played a massive part in shaping the Wanaka branch into what it is today. From building relationships with local customers and businesses from the ground up, to keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, Cam has well and truly made his mark up there. 💪

He’s hardworking, reliable and always gets stuck in… BUT he also takes the title for having the most chirp out of anyone at Onpoint. 😂

Give Cam a bit of cheek and you’d better be prepared because it’ll come back twice as fast and twice as hard. There’s absolutely no getting the last word with this guy!. 🤣

A huge part of the ONPOINT crew and an even bigger part of what has made our Wanaka branch what it is today. 👏

🚂 WE’VE GOT A SPECIAL GUEST STAYING AT ONPOINT THIS WEEKEND! 👀

Look who’s pulled into our Alexandra workshop for a wee sleepover… Thomas the Tank Engine! 🚂😂

With the Alexandra Blossom Festival on this weekend, our friends at the Cromwell Lions Club needed somewhere safe for Thomas to park up overnight and of course we were happy to help!

He’ll be tucked up safe and sound at Onpoint after a big day of taking the kids for rides. 💤🚂

If you’re heading along to the Blossom Festival this weekend, make sure you take the kids for a ride and say hi to Thomas!

👋 MEET THE TEAM | TAINE
Next up, meet Taine – one of our Auto Glaziers in Alexandra! 🚗🔧
Taine actually worked for Onpoint years ago before heading across the ditch to Aussie… but clearly he missed us far too much, because eventually he came crawling back. 😂

Taine is about as laid-back as they come. If he had his way, slippers would be part of the Onpoint uniform… but we can confirm that is most definitely NOT happening. 😂

Don’t let the laid-back attitude fool you though - Taine is a bloody good worker and knows how to get stuck in. Taine and Connor are kept busy smashing out the windscreens in our Alexandra branch, and there’s always plenty of laughs along the way.

Laid-back, hard-working, funny as hell and clearly couldn’t stay away from us. Good to have you back, Taine! 🙌

Next up, meet Pania - our main girl on the tools! 🔨

Pans is the one keeping our flat glass jobs organised, the lads in line, and everything ticking along. And if any of the boys decide to give her a bit of chirp… they’d better be ready to get it straight back. She’s super quick & she stands her ground . 💪

But jokes aside, Pania is bloody good at what she does. She installs some seriously beautiful showers, takes huge pride in her work, and our customers absolutely love her. 🙌

She’s a massive part of the ONPOINT crew and we’d probably be a lot less organised without her keeping the boys under control! 😂

Good on the tools, good with the customers, and even better at keeping the lads in check. That’s our Pans. ❤️🖤

👋MEET THE TEAM / CONNOR

Next up, meet Connor - One of the OGS! - our Alexandra Branch Manager. 🙌

When you first meet Connor he can seem pretty quiet and reserved.. but don't let that fool you. Give him a little time and the wit starts coming out, usually when you least expect it. 😆

He keeps the Alexandra branch running smoothly, gets stuck in to whatever needs doing, is amazing with the customers and can very rarely be found without a Monster Energy somewhere close by.

Quiet at first, quick with the one-liners once he warms up, and an all-round great guy to have leading our Alexandra Crew!
