We have a unique chance for someone to step into a Front Office & HR Assistant role in our Cromwell office - starting immediately!

πΌ ABOUT THE ROLE:
Youβll be the friendly face that welcomes our staff, applicants and visitors, manages enquiries, and supports our HR team with daily operations. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
β¨ WHAT YOUβLL BE DOING:
- Greeting staff, applicants, and visitors
- Managing phone, email & message enquiries
- Coordinating arrivals and directing guests
- Providing HR & admin support (recruitment, documents, system updates)
- Handling mail, parcels, and general office tasks
- Assisting other teams when needed
- Helping organise staff events
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

- Strong admin and/or reception experience
- Clear, confident communicator
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Calm, organised, and reliable
- Tech-savvy
- A supportive team player
