Some times life just feels so special!
I am grateful to have worked with an exceptional couple whom I had the privilege to coach, and I am particularly touched by the lovely gift they presented to me during our final session following a successful outcome.

On average, a smile uses 12 muscles and a frown 11?
Right- with those thoughts be sure to smile at the vast amount of connections, communications and choices you have taken already this week.

This weeks Reveiw and why I LOVE what client and I do together.

I had such a positive experience with Maree.
From the very beginning, I felt really comfortable, supported, and genuinely listened to. It didn’t feel forced or generic, it was personalised and really focused on what I needed.
What stood out most was how insightful and encouraging the sessions were. I came away with a lot more clarity, confidence, and practical tools that I can actually use in my day-to-day life. It felt like real progress, not just talk.

Don’t try to define what happiness is 4U.
Don’t compare your happiness to others.
Don’t sit n wait for happiness.
Choosing happiness doesn’t mean that life is all roses and butterflies 🦋
Choosing happiness means your find a way to balance your life.
Instead ask yourself what makes me happy 😃 ?
What am I doing to lead me towards more happiness?
The lighter your mood the clearer your mind.
When did you last swing in a park?
Hug a dog 🐕
Laugh or be a little silly 🤪
Being happy is part choice part practice and part protection.
Smiling 😊 with you all the way. X
