Kia ora! Thanks for taking the time to read about my new business venture! For those of you who don't know me, my name is Michelle Baker and I have been a Tararua local for 20-ish years.
My previous experience spans legal administration, office management (including HR, accounts payable and receivable, payroll) leadership, staff management, national-level procurement, contract management and writing, process development and improvement, project management, software system implementation, policy development, health and safety processes, quality assurance, auditing and staff wellbeing.
Recently, I've taken a huge leap of faith, quietly working behind the scenes to build Morph over the last few months. My goal is to step away from traditional employment and redefine the way business is conducted by offering a more people-centric approach - which aligns with my own personal values.
I understand the current volatility and uncertainty many businesses are facing. Business owners are expected to do more with less due to changing legislation, increased reporting, higher compliance standards and greater customer demands.
