When the view looks like this, the windows have a pretty important job.

This tiny Airbnb at Harrington Point was all about making the most of its incredible surroundings, with aluminium joinery designed to bring in the light, frame the views and make a small footprint feel anything but.

Luke takes us through this unique little project and how it all came together.

Some things change. Some things stay the same.

For years, we’ve been part of a franchise, building homes, working alongside tradies and getting to know the people in our community.
But over time, we knew it was time to do things our way.

So we took everything we’d learnt, the experience we’d built, the people who make this place what it is and created something of our own.

A new name. A new look. A new chapter.

Ayr Street is a good example of what we can do with an older home.

The original windows were well past their best. We swapped them out for some new aluminium windows and the difference speaks for itself.
