Well Estate of Grace is probably lacking in its Social Media presence but we’ve been really busy; helping sort an older couple, downsizing from a 4 bedroom to a two bedroom townhouse and clearing and prepping a few deceased estates!( some pics to follow)🏠🏠
-As always our focus is assisting our clients and the families with sorting out what they need to help get the job done!
-We’ve ensured that donations have gone to local charities such as: St Vincent de Paul, Otago Hospice, Dunedin SPCA, St John’s-just to name a few that our clients wish to support!🏡🏘

We’ve been busier than ever -working with new clients throughout these past few weeks!

We’ve assisted one client - shifting house from out of town in to Dunedin. Estate of Grace assisted with cleaning the house after the removal company and by transporting key pieces of furniture to auction and coordinated donations to charities. This client had some visual impairment -and we were able to provide support to make her transition as smooth as possible!

Since coming out of Lockdown, Estate of Grace’s team has been busy supporting local families and charities by organising the clearing out of numerous properties in preparation for sale on behalf of estates. We continue to work with each client to figure out a plan.

In some cases, we’ve posted more valuable items on TradeMe to recoup some value from better furniture and goods. In other cases, items have been organised for donation to the Hospice, Red Cross or SPCA (just to name a few local charities that are supported). It’s up to the client.

As usual, we leave a property cleaned and presented in its best possible condition to ensure a positive outcome!

Now that we are in the final days (optimistically) of Level 2, Estate of Grace’s team are gearing up to swing back into action !
