I'm the new guy (and the new face) you'll be hearing from when you call, and seeing around Dunedin in the freshly sign-written ute. Figured it was time to finally make a bit of time for social media, so I roped the dogs into the photos. They're just as excited about the journey as I am 😄

Today is officially my last day at RedLBP Dunedin! 🔨🏡

After almost 6 years, it’s time for the next chapter. Huge thanks to everyone who supported us over the years!

Stoked to pass the torch to local builder Stuart McKenzie (taking over in August), and wishing Steve and Pete all the best with their upcoming projects.

I’m now 100% focused on Conarch for specialist consultancy:
✅ Certificates of Acceptance (CoA) & Safe & Sanitary
✅ Change of Use, As-Built & Exempt Reports
(No longer doing pre-purchase, weathertightness, or Healthy Homes).
