Over the past 7 years we have painstakingly restored and developed this historic grand old lady. And she’s beautiful!

We are now in the process of modernising the building with an electrical capacity upgrade, bringing it into the 20th Century (even though we're in the 21st Century).

The Penthouse has been converted to office space and Petridish have taken over! It has become a magical spot for business with just 3 executive offices left and plenty of desks in the shared space.

Come make the move and enjoy the rooftops and patio area, as well as reaping all the benefits that Petridish offer. They go above and beyond for their members, like no other shared space can.

The sun setting on another great trip to Dunedin, where we met with RFONZ (the Regional Film Offices of New Zealand) and the New Zealand Film Commission for our annual forum 🎬

We've made a heap of progress over the last year! So exciting to FINALLY be getting the façade tidied up 😍😍😍

Not long now until we can officially open our Event Centre on the Ground Floor!

Thanks to the Dunedin City Council and their Heritage Funding for their support.

Our Penthouse is available for overnight stays and events! It’s an amazing private space with 5 bedrooms and heaps of room with almost 700sqm!

Next year the bedrooms will become executive suites for Petridish! Contact them to secure your new office 😁

Finally able to improve the Street frontage! Very exciting for us 🤗

Sooooo excited!! We have beautiful new windows! Well, refurbished steel and fresh glass 😊
