AC Plastics 2011 Ltd We are a contract injection molding specialist company based in Feilding NZ. We are a locally owned and operated family bussiness in Feilding.

With our in-house specialist team we are able to bring your ideas to life from design, tool making, prototypes, molding, quality control, assembly, stamping through to packaging. As we are injection molding specialists we have the ability to provide in-house services from start to finish, from the design of your products, prototypes, molding, thermal and adhesive printing ,assembly of products, qu

ality control and packaging. We also have a long run 2 axis CNC lathe that can run brass, aluminum, mild or stainless steel parts from either Round stock with sizes from 6.35mm (1/4″) to 38mm (1-1/2″) or Hex stock with sizes from 9.5mm (3/8″) to 32mm (1-1/4″).

First week back at work... here is a clip of how we make p.e.t bottles.
We have 500ml bottles available in amber or clear (24 in a box), 750ml avaliable in amber or clear (15 in a box) 1litre round avaliable in clear (12 in a box) and 1litre square available in clear( 12 in a box) .

A look into something else we do at AC Plastics.
We have a 2 axis Cnc Lathe which we make a wide variety of different brass inserts used prominently in the rotational moulding industry.
We can do up to 32mm round or Hex.
