In 2000 we sent the sheep off to greener pastures, planted some vines and began our new story in wine. Now a well-established vineyard, Mt Rosa is still proudly family owned and operated, and produces award-winning wines for

everyone to enjoy! We're pretty proud of our little patch and the wines we produce. We'd love to share them with you and your friends - come and visit us in Gibbston at our Cellar Door and experience the hospitality we're known for.

Sun’s out, wines are chilled and the beanbags are ready for you.

Settle in and let our team look after you - with pours you’ll love, food to graze on, and games to play if the mood strikes. There’s space for everyone here, big and small, four-legged and friendly, wine lovers and those new to our beloved grape juice.

We do our best to fit everyone in, but bookings are recommended to avoid missing out, especially if there’s a few of you!

The sun’s out in Gibbston, the wine’s cold, and the beanbags are calling.
If you need us, we’ll be here at Mt Rosa… relaxing, sipping wine, and feeling very festive!

Well, it’s got the Guy seal of approval ✔️🍷

This is him sampling our 2017 Pinot Noir, one of the oldest vintages hiding in our cellar and drinking ridiculously well right now. It also definitely wasn’t his first glass… he was enjoying it so much we thought we’d quietly document the moment of serenity.

If you love cooler-climate, aged Pinot Noir, you’ll fall for the silky, savoury charm of our 2017. We’ve put together a very good Christmas deal so you can enjoy it with family and friends around the Christmas table… or in peaceful solitude while everyone else argues over board games!

Trust us, it’s better in your glass than ours. If we don’t sell it, we will drink it!!
