💙 Father's Day means something a little different to me. 💙

Growing up, my parents separated when I was young, which meant I was lucky enough to have more than one father figure helping guide me through life.

My Grandad, my Dad, and my Step Dad, Graeme, each played an important role in shaping the person I am today.

Grandad taught me practical life skills—how to change a tyre, check the oil in my car, and even how to pump my own petrol. Those lessons gave me confidence and independence.

Dad taught me how to swing a hammer and that there's always value in giving something a go.

And Graeme... well, he probably had the toughest job of all! 😅 He taught me discipline (whether I wanted to learn it or not!), but he also taught me how to ride a horse, ride a motorbike, and so many other life lessons that have stayed with me.

Looking back now, I realise how incredibly fortunate I was. Each of these men gave me something different. They invested their time, shared their knowledge, and helped shape my character in their own unique way.

So this Father's Day, I simply want to say...

Thank you.

Thank you for your patience, your guidance, your life lessons, and for helping me become the woman I am today. I appreciate each and every one of you more than words can say.

To all the dads, stepdads, grandads, and father figures out there—never underestimate the impact you have. The little things you teach today become the lessons your children carry for a lifetime.

Just giving everyone a heads up that this Friday, 4th September, I will be closing the shop from 1.15pm until 3.30pm.

I’ll be taking some time to farewell a very special lady who was taken far too soon. ❤️

Thank you for your understanding while I step away for a couple of hours to pay my respects and say goodbye.

The lovely Reece will be reopening the shop for me at 3.30pm, so we’ll be back to normal from then. 💕

🎉❤️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL MUM, TESSA! ❤️🎉

Today we’re celebrating someone who is so much more than one of our lovely Saturday night team member… she’s my Mum! 🥰

Mum has been with me right from the beginning of this crazy little journey. From pulling up her sleeves and getting stuck into some painting 🖌️, to learning how to use a whole new system (and everything else that comes with working in retail!), she has always been there to lend a hand.

I honestly couldn’t have done it without you, Mum. ❤️
