Only three weeks till planting season kicks off. The sun was shining today during our annual preseason nursery visits to check on our seedlings. They’re looking pretty good. Man this year has flown by already!☀️🌲😎

The logging space is a challenging one at the moment, and the outlook is a bit of an unknown, but we charge on.

While our clearfell crews are yet to get back in the bush properly, our production thinning guys have been exceeding expectations through the winter.

A long term vision, solid client relationships and crew members that set a very high standard, all make a huge difference during an industry downturn like the one we are enduring now.

On Friday Josh & Chris donated some time and some native plants to the Dipton School wetland project over at the Russell's property. We first discussed this project about five years ago, so it was pretty cool to finally see it happening. A few other generous local business sponsors jumped on board to help with the project, and we had about 2,400 plants to plant. The kids (and adults) had a great day out enjoying the awesome weather. How cool!?
