An exciting Customer service / Sales support position has become available at Westpeak NZ.
Westpeak New Zealand is a growing company of around 20 team members, supplying branded work uniforms and PPE to large nationwide customers all around New Zealand.
A major portion of our sales are outside of the West Coast with a dispatch of 500+ parcels a week to customers all around NZ.
We have our own production team with multiple embroidery and printing machines in house.
We have a modern, purpose-built facility where you’ll work in a dynamic, high performing team of 10 office based team members, helping to deliver the very best in customer experience.
This exciting job involves the following tasks:
- Answering inbound calls and customer enquiries.
- Setting up customers online and maintaining their online ordering system.
- Provide support to set up large accounts, Workpack Express client set up, logo setup, data entry (staff lists), Pipe Drive.
- Keeping in contact with Key Accounts and doing monthly outbound calls to main contacts or order placers to see how they are tracking.
- Dealing with any questions, quotes or customer complaints through main sales Inbox in a timely manner
- Day to day management of key accounts, updating special pricing, sorting website enquiries etc.
- Recording sales trends of key accounts and working with account managers to develop sales strategies.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for urgent orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Back up support for senior account managers

- 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
- Start date ASAP or of February 2025
