Quiz Night hosted by WIPL was a hit this year! A huge thank you to Weave Eatery for donating vouchers for our winning team and thank you to everyone who came along and got involved.

It's awesome to see so many people engaging with our community and offerings at WIPL in 2025. Doubling last year's Quiz Night attendance was such a cool feeling for us. We love hosting these events for you all and hold real value in fostering a strong sense of community within the Park.

Congratulations of course to our winning team from Primary ITO who knocked our reigning champions of 3+ years off the trophy. We hope to see you back to defend that title!

For those of you who couldn't make it don't stress - we have another Quiz Night in September... and many more exciting events coming up!

Also, a big shout out to Colin Ogle from Quantec for increasing the IQ level in "The Dummies" team too ;)

A huge congratulations to Delytics who celebrated their 25-year anniversary yesterday!

Delytics has been based at Waikato Innovation Park for over 16 years, moving here in September of 2008. They work with horticultural businesses across the globe to help optimise consumer demand and value by providing consumers with consistently great tasting fruit.

Along with various other work, they are currently leading a 3-year project for Hort Innovation Australia to improve the quality of Australian Melons.

Great to see Mark and Clare kicking off their 25th anniversary celebrations in a kiwifruit orchard to commemorate the fact that gold kiwifruit was the very first fruit they helped improve the quality of.

We are back and excited to see what 2025 brings us... but first a 2024 recap is in store - what a year:
We welcomed 7 new businesses into our community, celebrated 20 years of WIPL, gained one new staff member and saw one leave us for a new adventure. We hosted 10 events for our tenants and saw many more unfold for the wider Waikato community. Our team explored expansion ideas for the park, we became an Enterprise Angel corporate partner, a new carpark was built and SO MUCH more.
