A small donation can go a long way.

We’ve got a Dress For Success Hamilton NZ clothing donation bin in the foyer of the FMG building at Waikato Innovation Park Limited.

Dress for Success Hamilton do incredible work supporting Waikato women with work appropriate clothing and practical tools to help them step into employment with confidence. They're on track to dress 350 Waikato women this year for free through their service, with demand continuing to grow.

If you’ve got gently used pieces sitting in your wardrobe, this is a simple way to give them a second life and support someone in our local community - they’re currently in need of items like handbags and boots, so if you’ve got any to spare, they would be especially appreciated!

Do you know your way around a full take off, from drawing set through to final account?

ICE Interiors is a well-established commercial fit out specialist with a strong reputation across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato. They are looking for an experienced QS Estimator who understands interiors systems and can price work confidently and independently.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will be across the full process, from early stage pricing through to final account, working closely with the project team.

If that sounds like your kind of role, get in touch with Recruitment Partner Helen Dale or apply via the link below:

One of the hardest things about sharing testimonials from conflict resolution work? Most people don't want to publicly admit they've been in conflict with a colleague. And we completely understand that.

When someone takes the time to share their experience, we anonymise it to protect their identity. That willingness to share means a great deal, and it's a reminder of why this work matters.

"I wanted to acknowledge you for your mediation with our last meeting together. I was quite impressed by the way that you navigated us from a 'frosty' start, to a more cohesive finish.

Since that meeting the relationship between my colleague and myself seems quite transformed: our communication has opened up so much, and I am developing a much better understanding of their role, and also feel that we are finally working together as a team. I am amazed and pleasantly surprised at what those meetings with you have achieved, and I have a much better feeling about continuing to work together."

Mediation isn't about assigning blame. It's about creating a space where people can actually hear each other, often for the first time.

If you or your team are navigating a difficult working relationship, we'd love to talk about how we can help. Connect with Jean Schoultz for a confidential chat.

Post-Training Impact: Are You Measuring What Actually Matters?

A team completes training, feedback forms come back glowing - “best training I’ve ever done,” “great facilitator,” “really engaging.”

Three months later, nothing has changed. Same conversations, same decisions, same problems.

The training felt good. It just didn’t work.

Good training should be engaging - that still matters. But engaged training without behaviour change is just a nice experience.

True impact happens when people leave the room and actually do something differently.

Give us a call to talk about your training gaps and how we can make a difference in your business - 0800 EVEREST.

AI can be a really useful tool when you are looking for a new role.

It can help you research companies, tidy up your CV, and sense check what you have written.

But cover letters are different.

A cover letter is one of the few chances you get to show how you think, what interests you, and why a role actually matters to you. That part of the process is still very human.

So where should AI stop and your own voice take over?

A positive workplace starts with clear communication and grows through everyday moments of appreciation - small actions can make a big difference to how people experience their work.

What is one habit that helps create a great team environment where you work?
