Last week we hosted Under Pressure: What High‑Performing Teams Do Differently, and it was a day we are really proud of.

At Safewise, supporting our clients means more than checklists and compliance. Real safety and performance show up when work gets tough and pressure increases. We ran this free seminar to create space for practical and honest conversations about supporting teams under pressure.

Thanks to the generosity of those who attended and their koha donations, we raised $2,010 for Rainbow Place, donated as Sensory Sam gift cards to help build a sensory room for the children in their care. It was special to have the Rainbow Place team with us on the day and to hear firsthand the impact this will make.

Thank you to James Marris from Aurora Zone Coaching, David Masters from Site App Pro, and everyone who joined us and contributed.

How’s work?

On 28 April 2026, we mark World Day for Safety and Health at Work, with this year’s focus on creating a healthy psychosocial working environment.

How work is designed, organised, and managed has a real impact on people. Things like workload, working hours, role clarity, support, autonomy, and fair processes all shape how work feels day to day and directly affect health, safety, and performance.

When these factors aren’t managed well, they become hazards, just like physical or chemical risks. And they deserve the same level of attention.

Today is a good reminder to pause, check in, and ask the question that matters: How’s work, really?
