YUM SO SIMPLE AN EASY PEAZY

1 can (400gm) chickpeas - drained an rinsed
2 med bananas chopped
1 c oats
Tsp baking baking power
Tspn vanilla essence
1/4 c brown sugar

Whizz altogether in kitchen blender 2-3 mins
Remove blade add dark choc chips
Blob onto tray an flatten
Bake 180 for 25mins

Well do to my client Denise for accepting to add resistance (extra weight) while we walked n talked . This is a great way to up the exercise when your doing something as simple as walking ...... the addition of a hill climb is also a great way to add to the value of resistance to your body while walking.
in exercise is when an external force like weights or carrying the baby on ya back are used.... this causes your skeletal muscles (the ones the help our arms an legs move) to contract an when our muscles contract "especially with resistance" it leads to increases in our muscle mass, strength, endurance an muscle tone 💪🏽
