Full review below:
“We’ve had a really positive experience ordering through Freeda. The website has some genuinely useful features that make managing our flower orders much easier.
I especially love the option to add products to an existing order before dispatch. It’s so handy when you realise you need a few extra items after placing your original order.
Another great feature is the reminder showing how full your box is. Because you’re already paying the freight, it makes sense to utilise the available space and add a few more products where you can.
I also really appreciate the pricing prompts. For example, if you’ve ordered four bunches of a product, the system may remind you that adding one more bunch will reduce the price per bunch. It’s a small feature, but it can make a real difference when purchasing regularly for a florist.
On top of the website features, Wade, Josephine, Deb and the rest of the Freeda team are always incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I reach out with a question or inquiry. Personal customer service is something we really value.
A great supplier with a user-friendly ordering system and a lovely team behind it. Highly recommend Freeda!”
