When we only focus on removing the physical clutter without caring for ourselves, it can quickly become overwhelming, exhausting or emotionally draining.
Self-care reminds us that we matter too.
Before we tackle cupboards, drawers or overflowing spaces, we begin by creating a little room for ourselves — mentally and emotionally.
That’s why our we created a Gratitude Journal.
It might seem unrelated to decluttering, but gratitude gently shifts our focus from what is wrong, overwhelming or unfinished, to what is already good, meaningful and working in our lives.
A gratitude practice can:
✨ Reduce feelings of overwhelm
✨ Increase motivation and clarity
✨ Improve wellbeing
✨ Help us reconnect with what truly matters
✨ Create a positive mindset for change
Because when we take care of ourselves first, we have more energy, compassion and confidence to make lasting changes in our lives.
What is one thing you are grateful for today?
