we are looking for people who are able to work Friday and Saturday nights on a roster system, doing bars and small event work when needed working times can be anywhere between 8pm till 330am at the bars
Our candidate will require the following
- Show pride in themselves, their appearance,
- Work well within a team
- Have strong communication skills
- A level head, and the ability to remain calm under pressure especially when dealing with difficult customers
Core Duties include:
- Monitor intoxication
- Reporting and Coordinating with the Duty Manager
- Managing and de-escalating conflict
- Knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012 would be an avenge
- Checking ID’s
- Interacting with customers to gauge their level of intoxication
