Great company, great conversations, and a great turnout!

We were delighted to be a part of the CHB Rural Women's Evening last night, with around 60 women coming together from across our rural community. Our directors were proud to present and be part of an evening filled with connection, learning, and support.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and the organisers for creating such a great event!

Experienced Shepherd General - Arataura Station Porangahau

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Experienced Shepherd General to run the day to day operations of our breeding block on the southern coast of Porangahau.

Arataura Station is 1200 hectare ( 1020 eff ) We work this in with our 340 hectare finishing block in Waipukurau. We are looking for a motivated , honest person that enjoys working as a team . They must have a team of working dogs , be able to work unsupervised & be able to travel between the two working blocks.

The farm runs down to Whangaehu beach settlement where there is good fishing & diving. There is plenty of deer on the farm for those that enjoy hunting.

We have a great coastal community with Golf , rugby , netball , tennis & fishing clubs available.

Porangahau school & playcentre is 19 km drive from the station with surrounding families.

A tidy 4 bedroom home will be supplied with the role.

The applicant must be a NZ citizen & have a current drivers licence.
