What an absolutely incredible morning at The Click! 🌅
There is nothing quite like starting the day with a spectacular sunrise, surrounded by driven and inspiring business owners.
The energy in the room was unmatched, but the real highlight was hearing from the phenomenal Denis Gianoutsos.
He dropped some absolute gold on what it means to be an adaptive leader and how to build a legacy of excellence. Here are a few of the biggest takeaways from his talk:
• Be Deliberate, Not on Autopilot: Always ask yourself, "Is this taking me towards my goal?" Your thinking shapes your results, and taking action changes everything.
• Stop Trying to Be Everything to Everyone: When you do it all yourself, you steal the opportunity for someone else to learn. You don’t have to have all the answers, your role is to inspire your team.
• Find Your Voice of Impact: Rise and be heard with clear messaging and intent, but also create space for others to speak. Go into every meeting knowing exactly what you want to get out of it, and ask quality questions (no more than 3!).
• Protect Your Energy: Pay attention to the habits that hurt or help you. Rethink your mindset, refocus your physical and mental fitness, and reconnect with your why.
• The "Success Hour": Dedicate one hour every week to simply plan your week. It builds consistency and presence.
