We see it all the time. Someone excels in their role, gets promoted into management and suddenly finds themselves responsible for feedback, conflict, delegation, performance and a team of people who all need something different.

A promotion gives someone a new role. It doesn't automatically give them the skills to lead it.

Leadership can be learned. Give your managers the chance to learn it.
