Despite the bugs, having to work remotely and reduced shop hours, we’re still booking jobs and the rest of the week is looking pretty well locked in.

We started using Tradify some time ago, and it’s been great seeing the software constantly grow and develop to meet the needs of businesses like ours. Today, we officially hit job #10,000 (and beyond)!

Speaking of developments, we can now send text and email updates as your jobs progress, making communication smoother and improving productivity for everyone involved.

💡 Today, the real boss utisilised her sick day and blessed us with her presence, popping in to keep an eye on the team and make sure everything was running smoothly.

🦷 After a thorough inspection,
(and loosing a tooth in the middle of mum booking a job!) she off home, very satisfied with the team’s performance.

What started as a leap of faith 10 years ago has grown into a well respected local business serving homes across Southland. Sam and Sheree Hall built Appliance Repairs Invercargill from the ground up, beginning in a small shipping container while raising their young family and growing the company one customer at a time.

Today, the business continues to evolve alongside changing technology, offering appliance repairs, electrical services, ventilation installations and solar training. Through it all, their focus has remained the same: honest advice, reliable service and strong relationships with the community that continues to support them.

It's unrelated to last night's outage and is affecting large areas of Invercargill. We'll update as soon as we know more.
