Hello everyone! 👋

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm still here! Unfortunately, I haven't been very active in the babywearing community due to some serious health issues during my recent pregnancy. Once those were resolved, we entered the newborn phase, and with two children under two 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧, plus my involvement in my husband’s rapidly growing auto detailing business 🚗✨, I haven't had much time to participate.

However, I've still been babywearing, now with our brand new little one and still carrying my toddler too. I'm looking forward to being more involved again soon and catching up with you all! 💕

✨PELVIC TUCK✨

This can be done in your carrier, wrap, or sling to support your baby's optimal ergonomics and help create optimal comfort for you while wearing your baby.

A simple tuck of your little one's pelvis will help to curve their back into it's naturally rounded position. This will also lift their knees up higher than their bottom, leaving their hips in the hip healthy 'M' position.

To achieve a pelvic tuck:

💫Once you have bub up in your carrier, wrap or sling, Reach in and gently hold your little ones thighs.

💫With a scooping action assist your little ones pelvis in and up, bringing your little one closer towards you.

💫Re-tighten or lossen any straps as necessary to get a super comfy fit! Ensuring you follow T.I.C.K.S at all times. 🙌
