With pink shirt day coming up, I had been requested to get something for my son to wear - all pink shirts were sold out everywhere. But never fear ! PikoCreations is here !!!

Did you know Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new Year 10 student was harassed and threatened for wearing pink. These students bought dozens of pink shirts and distributed them to their classmates to wear the next day. The word got out online and hundreds of students showed up in pink, some from head-to-toe, to stand together against bullying. It has been celebrated in Aotearoa since 2009.

Sometimes I feel bad for how long I take to complete peoples orders, the other day my whānau had pointed out how long it takes me to w**d out the vinyl. I thought to myself 🤔 it does take some time, so I timed myself and done a time lapse of me picking four images. These are only one part of the images I put on one of my hoodies. This took me just over 50 minutes! That’s crazy ! 🤪

I had attended an event yesterday and I have two cups left so I thought I might do a wee give away !

Been a busy bee 🐝 today, smashed out another one of my new wāhine design along with the whai (stingray) on a beautiful purple hoodie ! I’m loving the colour choices of hoodies !

Bumbags or fannypacks? What do you call these? 🤪 had a wee giggle when I was asked to print on these… I remember when I was younger and I LOVED mine and wore it everywhere!
