Are you looking for your next role within the Administration space?
Do you have the experience and passion for numbers, processes, and great customer service?

We have a fixed term role covering maternity leave. We are based in Invercargill, operating within the Trade space. You will be responsible for many things, so if you like a challenge, then carry on reading.

This role involves accounts - receivables/payable, banking, reconciliations. General admin tasks like emails, phone calls and customer service. Touch typing will be an advantage as you will also transfer handwritten notes into work or excel templates.

Also on top of this, you will be overseeing the H&S training for the team.
Payrate to reflect experience

What you must bring:
Strong administration skills
Ability to pick up our systems with ease and efficiency.
Proficient with various programs for such as Microsoft Office, Nimbus, and Outlook.
