Yesterday we dried off the cows at Willowbank, one of the dairy farms that forms part of the wider Milestone Group, marking the end of another fantastic dairy season. While many people know Milestone through our coaching, advisory and business services, dairy farming remains where our journey began and is still a significant part of what we do today.
It also feels like the right time to shine a light on two amazing people as they finish up after nine years with us.
Nine years is a significant part of anyone’s career, and during that time Dan Muir and Georgina Muir have both made an incredible contribution to our farm, our team, and our business. Their commitment, reliability, hard work and positive attitudes have helped shape Willowbank into what it is today.
When people stay with a business for that length of time, they become far more than employees, they become part of the family, the story, the culture and the memories that define the journey. Their loyalty and contribution have never gone unnoticed.
People are the heart of every successful business and today we’re celebrating two people who have left a lasting mark on ours.
We are incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved. We wish you both every success and happiness in the next chapter of your lives. Thank you both. We will always be grateful for the part you’ve played in the Willowbank story. ❤️🐄
