𝗦𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆’𝘀 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻! 👏🥰

The guy who’s always at the end of the phone 📞 when we — or anyone else — needs him. Always willing to lend a hand 🤝, offer some advice, make a call, open a door or somehow find a way to help.

Whether it’s one of us girls, someone in the wider community, or simply someone who needs a bit of support — Tony is always going above and beyond. 💚🙌

Of course, we give him plenty of s**t 😂🤦‍♀️, question some of his ideas 🤣 and somehow a “little job” NEVER seems to stay little for very long… 😅😂 But the truth is, we’re pretty bloody lucky.

What Tony and Vicki have built with Milestone is something pretty special. 💚✨ Not just the business itself, but the team, the culture and the community they’ve built around it. 👏

Tony backs us 💪, trusts us to get on with it, gives us opportunities to grow 🌱 and genuinely wants to see the people around him succeed.
