Yesterday we had the pleasure of popping opening library stock at The Real Review Top Wineries Tastings. 🙏🍾

Both our Encore 2016 and Essential NV have been sold out for over 8 months. Now with over 3 years under cork, it was our absolute pleasure to showcase and re-taste these incredible wines. It clearly highlighted that our bubbles get better with age and that time is a virtue.

PSA: After having numerous people want to buy these sold out wines, we went on a hunt last night and have found some stock at Cahn’s Wines & Spirits and Glengarry Wines. We recommend getting in quickly, these are run not walk wines, as even ourselves only have library stock left. 🥂🥂

Cheers to International Chardonnay Day!

Esses Methodes are Chardonnay predominant, with typically 85% or above Chardonnay. Whilst we currently don’t have a full Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay) we do have a stunning 96% Chardonnay blend in our soon to be realised, Windsor 2022.

Chardonnay is a fabulous grape as adds fresh acidity, citrus, stonefruit, melon and apple characteristics and ages beautifully due to its structure.
