Pulpo + Beetroot Kimchi = next level ✨
Smoky, tender pulpo with that delicate ocean sweetness,
finished with a bright, tangy forkful of beetroot kimchi 💜
The richness of Spanish-style pulpo
meets the bold kick of natural fermentation.
Savory. Vibrant. Unforgettable.
One bite and you’ll understand.

Unexpected pairing.

Unforgettable taste.



*Main Ingredient*
1 whole octopus T7 (550g)
Aromatic Broth
1 onion
1 whole garlic bulb
1 lemon
1~2 red chilli(optional)
¼ bunch parsley or celery
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper

1. Simmer the octopus in the broth until perfectly tender about 25 minutes. Remove and let it cool slightly.

2. Cut the well-blanched octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Pan-sear in olive oil and a little butter until crispy on the outside.


4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp minced shallots
2 Tbsp chilli flakes (peperoncino)
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Gently sauté until fragrant. Spoon over the crispy octopus.


1 slice bacon
400 ml canned chickpeas (drained)
3 Tbsp minced shallots
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sun-dried tomato
3 Tbsp chopped parsley

Cook bacon until crispy.
Sauté shallots and garlic in the bacon fat. Add chickpeas and sun-dried tomatoes, warm through, then finish with parsley.

Crispy. Smoky. Savory.
Perfect served with a bright spoonful of beetroot kimchi for contrast 💜✨
