ey, really lights up my soul. I am a Jewellery Designer & a Crystal & Mineral Expert, founding Your PRANA Mineral Gallery in 2017 - I have been fascinated by minerals since I was young. so I am literally living my dream now! I am also a Movement, Yoga & Rehabilitation Expert, Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritionist, Mindset Coach & lastly, one of my biggest passions is being a Business Mentor. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 & slowly, over the years my skill sets evolved & I am so delighted it has led me to where I am today. I love pursuing education & consider myself a student of life. Now, how did all this magic come to exist? Here is an insight into my journey & how everything came to be as you see it today…

Personal experiences at a young age, led me to fall in love with minerals, business, movement & the intricacies of our health. Along my journey, I have had autoimmune battles, created 4 businesses, earthquakes, moved cities 3 times, had a spinal fusion as well as faced physical & emotional trauma. & now I am stronger & more capable than ever before! These were all gifts, blessings – situations I had to move through to evolve into the person I am today. Events where I learned from my experiences & now, I use my accumulated knowledge to support & inspire others! Seeing the fruits of my journey assist in other people's growth is an incredibly heart-warming experience. Do I let my past experiences limit me? I chose to embrace change. I decided wholeheartedly, that I was going to live the life I desired! Defining all odds placed upon me, making it my life’s mission to continue to do so! Now from taking that path, I have the beautiful ability to guide others to witness their true potential. To find their dharma (life purpose) & live each moment continuing to gradually evolve their highest self. Know, that you are the architect of your own destiny! You have the ability to choose who you surround yourself with, the actions you take & the thoughts you have. You HAVE all the abundance, fire & love within you to do all you desire & more! Know that limitless potential lies within you. If you take anything away from this, please be it that you actively strive to defy all odds placed against you from today forward. Take control of your life. Own your choices, your habits, lifestyle, environment & health. Continually moving toward evolving your energy, raising your consciousness & empowering your soul. Live your life to the fullest, embrace all the leaps & bounds! Breathe deeply, move daily, nourish your mind, body & soul. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Discover your prana (your consciousness & energy) & ignite your dharma (life purpose)! Antoinette x

You do not need another year of knowing what needs to change and still not changing it...

🔸️ You already know when your energy is stretched.

🔸️ You already know when your habits are slipping.

🔸️ You already know when the way you are running your life is not supporting the woman you are becoming.

The issue is not that you do not know.

The issue is that knowing alone does not create change.

Change needs structure.

Support.

Accountability.

Space to look honestly at what is working, what is draining you, and what needs to shift.

That is the work we do inside IGNITE Your PRANA ✨️

Not another surface-level reset.

A deeper recalibration of your energy, habits, mindset, identity, and the way you lead your life.

Because another year of “I know I need to” is not the move.

You are ready for “I am actually doing this now.”

If you resonate, message me with simply a '💜'

I'll then help you make your first change.

A change you will actually feel comfortable sticking too 😊

Maybe this is the sign you've been waiting for 🌿

Tomorrow morning, a group of women will gather in Kerikeri.

- Some are business owners.
- Some are professionals.
- Some are mothers.
- Some are rebuilding or stepping into a completely new chapter of life.

They're all different.
But they have one thing in common...

✨ They've decided they don't want to do growth alone anymore.

At Women Who Rise, we gather each week to strengthen our voice, build confidence through practice, and surround ourselves with women who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Not because anyone has it all figured out.
Because growth happens faster when we're supported by the right people.

♥️ If you've been craving a community where you can show up as yourself...

🌿 Where your ideas are heard.

🌿 Where your growth is celebrated.

🌿 Where you're encouraged to keep stepping forward.

🌿 Where you can strengthen your voice and continue becoming the woman you know you're capable of being...

We'd love to welcome you.

♥️ Your first visit is completely free.

Come and experience the space, meet the women, and decide whether it feels like the right fit for you.

And one small favour...
If someone came to mind while reading this, would you consider sharing this post with her?

She might be looking for exactly this kind of community 🙏🏽

Elevate your voice.

The year isn't over and neither are you 🌿

We've passed the halfway point of the year.
Matariki gave us the opportunity to pause, reflect, and honour what has been.

Now comes the next chapter.
The chapter where we choose what we're ready to carry forward.

✨ The voice we're ready to use.

✨ The confidence we're ready to build.

✨ The boundaries we're ready to honour.

✨ The dreams we're no longer willing to put on hold.

Because the next six months will pass whether we're ready or not.

The question is...
Who do you want to become by the end of them?

So many women quietly tell themselves:

- "I'll speak up when I feel more confident."

- "I'll put myself forward when I'm more qualified."

- "I'll make time for myself once life settles down."

But confidence doesn't arrive before action.

It grows because we practise.
It grows because we keep showing up.
And it grows even faster when we're surrounded by women who remind us that our voice matters.

♥️ That's why Women Who Rise exists.

A space where women encourage one another to step forward with courage, kindness and confidence.

A space where...

🌿 You don't have to prove yourself.

🌿 You don't have to have all the answers.

🌿 You don't have to be the loudest voice in the room.

🌿 You simply have to show up exactly as you are.

Pull on your favourite winter jersey.
Pop on your beanie.
Grab a warm coffee.
And spend one hour with women who'll remind you just how capable you really are.

Because growth happens faster when you don't do it alone.

If you've been waiting for a sign to put yourself first...

Perhaps this is it ♥️

Your first visit is completely free.
Come and see what we're all about.

If the version of success you are building is costing you your energy, your health, and your peace...

the cost is too high 📈

It is too expensive 💰

The model needs to change ✅️

Over the last 20 years in business, one of the hardest lessons I have learned is that success can look impressive from the outside while feeling deeply unsustainable from the inside.

🔸️ The business may be growing.

🔸️ The opportunities may be arriving.

🔸️ The results may look good on paper.

But if the way you are operating requires you to continually override your body, neglect your health, and sacrifice your peace simply to keep everything moving...

That is not a model you need to become better at surviving.

It is a model you need to reassess.

There comes a point where the question is no longer:

“How do I become better at coping with all of this?”

It becomes:

“What needs to change so the life and business I am building can genuinely support me too?”

🔸️ Perhaps the structure needs to evolve.

🔸️ Perhaps the expectations need to shift.

🔸️ Perhaps your boundaries need to become clearer.

🔸️ Perhaps something that once worked beautifully no longer belongs in the next chapter.

This is not about shrinking your ambition.

It is not about making your dreams smaller.

It is about refusing to sacrifice yourself in order to prove how much you want them.

Success does not need to cost you everything.

It does not need to cost you your energy.

Your health 🏥

Your peace 🕊

The goal is not simply to build something impressive.

It is to create a version of success that is worthy of the woman creating it.

YOU ♥️

Save this post and ask yourself:

🔸️ What part of the way I am currently operating is costing me too much?

🔸️ What needs to change?

🔸️ And what am I no longer willing to sacrifice?

If you know the model needs to change but you are not sure where to begin, send me the word **DESIGN** privately.

I will send you three questions to help you identify the first shift to make 😊

"Before working with Antoinette, I had become so used to carrying everything that I did not fully realise how much energy I was giving away or what it was costing me. Whether it was my whānau, my business, or life in general, I felt like every decision somehow came back to me.

I was saying yes to far too much, putting myself at the bottom of the list, and starting to feel the impact physically as well. From the outside, everything probably looked fine, but I knew I could not keep operating that way.

Working with Antoinette has made a huge difference to the way I approach both my life and my business.

Over the past 12 months, my business revenue has tripled, I have brought two new team members on board, and I finally have systems that allow me to delegate properly instead of trying to hold everything myself.

But it is not just the business results. I have more time with my children, regular date nights with my partner, and I am actually looking after myself again. I am eating in a way that supports my body, exercising consistently, and noticing positive changes after honestly feeling like menopause had taken over.

I feel clearer, more focused, and more confident about where I am heading. Before, I felt like I was at the mercy of life’s waves. Now I feel like I am back in the driver’s seat. Antoinette has always had my back, but she has also helped me trust myself again. I am genuinely so grateful that I met her." - Sarah H

Your habits may not be slipping because you lack discipline...

Sometimes, the deeper issue is identity.

Of course, habits can fall away for practical reasons too.

🏥 Health.

⚖️ Capacity.

🌸 The season you are in.

🫂 The support available to you.

But sometimes, the pattern goes deeper...

If you have spent years being the woman who gets things done under pressure...

The woman who waits until something becomes urgent before she acts...

The woman who keeps promising she will nourish herself properly, move her body, rest, or make the change once everything else settles down...

Then calm, consistency, and patience can feel unfamiliar.

Even when they are exactly what you want.

Because part of you may still associate pressure with productivity.

Stress with momentum.

Busyness with worth.

This is something I have recognised in myself and in many women I have supported.

We assume the answer is a stricter routine.

More discipline 💪🏽

Another plan 📝

But transformation is not always about forcing yourself to try harder.

Your energy, capacity, and circumstances will not look identical every day.

Sometimes the deeper work is learning to trust a steadier rhythm.

✨️ To nourish yourself before depletion.

✨️ To move your body in a way that feels supportive rather than punishing.

✨️ To rest without believing you must earn it first.

✨️ To make decisions before urgency chooses for you.

✨️ And to follow through for yourself, even when nobody is watching and nothing is on fire.

The deeper shift is not becoming harder on yourself.

It is becoming the woman who no longer needs chaos to activate her.

🔸️ The woman who can move with clarity.

🔸️ Adapt when life changes.

🔸️ Trust consistency.

And create momentum without abandoning herself in the process ✔️

What is one habit you keep pushing into the “later” category? 🤔

If this pattern feels familiar, send me a private message and tell me the habit you are ready to stop postponing.

I will send you three questions to help you reverse engineer a steadier way forward ♥️

Your body is not the price you should have to pay for your ambition.

And your energy should not be what is left over after everything else has received the best of you.

I have learned that the way we treat our bodies in the quiet moments matters.

🔸️ Whether we nourish ourselves.
🔸️ Whether we move.
🔸️ Whether we rest.
🔸️ Whether we listen when something feels off.

Because the way you care for yourself privately shapes the version of you that shows up everywhere else.

♥️ With your whānau.
♥️ With your tamariki.
♥️ With your friends.
♥️ Within your business.

Your body often communicates before your mind is ready to listen.

✔️ The tight shoulders.
✔️ The restless sleep.
✔️ The constant fatigue.
✔️ The shorter patience.

The small decisions that suddenly feel heavier than they should. It can be tempting to treat those signals as an inconvenience.

Something to override. Something to deal with later, when life becomes quieter.

But when is life actually going to become quieter? 🤔

Sometimes, we have to choose differently.

Sustainable success is not built by ignoring your body until it forces you to stop.

That is one of the ways burnout begins.

It is built by listening earlier ♥️

By recognising that your body, emotional capacity, and energy are part of your leadership.

This does not mean every difficult day requires a dramatic life overhaul. Persistent or concerning symptoms deserve proper medical attention.

But your body deserves a voice in the way you design your life.

Before you add another commitment, override another need, or promise yourself you will take care of yourself later, pause and ask:

✨️ What is my body trying to tell me?

✨️ What would genuinely support my energy today?

✨️ What decision would my 90-year-old self thank me for?

Your body is not a barrier to your ambition.

It is part of the intelligence you need to lead your life well 🌈

If your energy has become an afterthought, send me the word **ENERGY** privately.

I will send you three questions to help you identify where your body and your life may be asking for more support 🙏🏽

You are allowed to stop being the woman everyone relies on for everything. The fixer. The organiser. The cook. The cleaner.T...
27/06/2026

You are allowed to stop being the woman everyone relies on for everything.

The fixer.

The organiser.

The cook.

The cleaner.

The one who remembers the shoes for netball.

The one holding the family calendar.

The one who notices when an elderly family member needs support.

Being dependable is a beautiful quality.

Being someone others can trust is a strength.

But there comes a point where always being the reliable one starts costing you more than you realise.

This is a pattern I see often in capable, caring women: their competence becomes the reason more and more quietly lands on their shoulders.

You say yes automatically.

You step in instantly.

You carry responsibilities simply because you know you can.

And somewhere along the way, being available to everyone else leaves very little space for you.

You become so busy holding everything together that you lose sight of the woman underneath it all.

You do not have to prove your value by being endlessly useful.

You do not have to earn your place by carrying more than your share.

Leadership is also knowing what to release.

What to delegate.

What to decline.

What to allow someone else to learn.

And what no longer belongs on your shoulders.

This does not make you less caring, loving, supportive, or dependable.

It means you are no longer abandoning yourself in order to be everything for everyone else.

You are giving yourself permission to create boundaries.

To honour your energy.

And to remember that your needs matter too.

The next version of you can still be deeply loving, capable, and supportive.

She simply does not measure her worth by how much she can carry.

Save this for the next time your automatic response is:

“I’ll handle it.”

Then pause and ask whether it genuinely needs to be yours.

If this pattern feels familiar and you are ready to change it, send me the word BOUNDARIES privately.

I will send you three questions to help you identify what may be ready to release.

You do not need to carry everything for everyone.

You are enough.

A full calendar can look like momentum ➡️

It is not always growth...

One of the most important things I have learned in business is that not every opportunity deserves a yes.

Some opportunities genuinely move the vision forward.

🔸️ They open the right doors.
🔸️ Build valuable relationships.
🔸️ Create momentum.
🔸️ And support the life you are intentionally building.

Others simply create more noise.
..More communication...More moving parts...More responsibility long after the initial excitement has worn off.

The tricky part? 🤔

Both can look like progress at first.

Especially when you are ambitious, capable, and accustomed to finding a way to make things work.

But every - YES - has a cost ⚖️

Sometimes that cost is financial.

Sometimes it is your time - one of your most valuable resources.

Sometimes it is your focus, your capacity, or your ability to be fully present for the people and priorities that matter most.

✨️Your whānau.
✨️Your business.
✨️Yourself.

Before you say yes, pause and ask:

✔️ Does this move me closer to the vision I am building for my business and my life?

✔️ Does it create genuine growth, or simply more work?

✔️ What will this require from me once the initial excitement wears off?

✔️ What will I need to say no to in order to make space for it?

✔️ And does it truly belong in this season?

A good opportunity can still be the wrong opportunity for right now.

That does not mean you lack ambition.

It means you are learning to lead with discernment.

Business is the long game... ⚾️

Growth is not measured by how much you can squeeze into your life today.

It is measured by how intentionally you choose what belongs now, what belongs later, and what may not belong at all ♥️

Save this as your checklist for the next ✨️ shiny opportunity ✨️ that comes knocking.

Then give yourself the space to decide from clarity, not urgency.

And if you are weighing up an opportunity and need an outside perspective, message me privately 📩

YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS ALONE 🌿

I wasn't always the woman who spoke her truth.

There was a time when I held back.

I worried about what people would think.

I softened my opinions.

I replayed conversations in my head.

I knew what I wanted to say, but didn't always say it.

Over the years, that changed.

Today, I am completely and fully me.

✨ I stand in my truth.
✨ I use my voice.
✨ I back myself.
✨ I say what needs to be said with kindness and conviction.

And honestly?

Life became a whole lot better when I stopped shrinking.

But while finding my voice changed my life, something else changed it too.

♥️ Finding women who celebrated my growth.
♥️ Women who challenged me.
♥️ Women who encouraged me.
♥️ Women who reminded me who I was when I forgot.

Sometimes what helps us rise isn't another course, book, or podcast.

It's sitting in a room with women who remind us who we are.

Because every woman deserves a room full of people who celebrate her growth instead of questioning it.

🔸A room where you don't have to explain yourself.
🔸️A room where you don't have to prove yourself.
🔸️A room where you don't have to shrink yourself.
🔸A room where your voice matters and your wins are celebrated.

That's exactly why we created Women Who Rise - Northland.

At Women Who Rise, we don't just talk about confidence.

We practise it.

Together, we strengthen our voice, learn to speak up with clarity, build confidence through repetition, and surround ourselves with women who support us to keep stepping forward.

Because growth happens faster when you don't do it alone.

A space for women just like you.

✨ Women who are ready to strengthen their voice.

✨ Women who are ready to trust themselves more deeply.

✨ Women who are ready to support one another.

✨ Women who are ready to rise.

Your first visit is our gift to you ♥️
