SOLD | Another one off the market 🏡
I survived this campaign and all I got was wrinkles on a sold sticker 😂
All jokes aside, this one tested us.
A challenging market and changing buyer confidence had us hanging on by a thread.
After plenty of open homes, follow ups, negotiations, coffee, phone calls, more phone calls, and a few moments where we questioned our life choices... we got it SOLD.
Huge congratulations to the lovely purchasers who are about to step into their very first home. There is nothing quite like getting those keys for the first time. 🔑

And to the vendor... thank you for the opportunity. Let's just say every sale teaches you something, and this one delivered enough lessons to fill a university degree.
The market isn't impossible right now.
It's just asking agents to actually work for it!
This property didn't sell because we stuck a sign out front and hoped for the best.
It sold because we kept turning up, kept talking to buyers, kept adjusting, and kept pushing until we got the result.
Another sold sticker up. Another family moving forward. Another reminder that persistence still works.
