Our purchasers needed to sell 7 Totara Park Road to buy this one, so getting both homes across the line at the same time took some serious teamwork behind the scenes.

But we did it. 🙌

There are few moments in real estate that will beat this this one.

I've been working alongside this amazing young couple since the beginning of March. We viewed homes, talked through options, celebrated the wins and worked through the disappointments together.

Yesterday the time finally came to peel back that SOLD sticker, it wasn't just another photo opportunity. It was the moment months of patience, persistence and trust finally paid off.
