Treat your mum this Mother’s Day with this delicious Caramilk Raspberry Rocky Road 💝
Ingredients
1 pack Rutherford & Meyer Gluten Free Wafers Natural
315g Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, melted
1 cup Pascall Marshmallows
200g Fabulicious Raspberry Twisters
1/4 cup pistachios
Freeze-dried raspberries, to garnish
Note that you can swap any of these out with your mums favourite treats!
Method
1. Line a loaf tin or slice tray with baking paper
2. Melt the Caramilk chocolate until smooth
3. Roughly chop the marshmallows, Raspberry Twisters, pistachios and wafers into small pieces
4. Fold all ingredients through the melted chocolate until evenly coated
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly
6. Sprinkle over extra pistachios and crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until set
8. Slice and enjoy!
