The Gaya Tree Friday deliveries start this week with delicious plant based foods. We’ll be starting with a smaller menu and increasing over the next few weeks.

MENU

MASSAMAN COCONUT CURRY $22.50
Served on baked red rice in a 700ml container + 300ml salad container including: Thai carrot salad with roasted cashews, spiralised beetroot with toasted sesame, fresh greens, cashew aioli, sauerkraut and balsamic maple dressing.

BUCKWHEAT SEED LOAF $15
Toasts and freezes well

CASHEW AIOLI $9
300ml container

SALAD POT $8
300ml container including:

BANANA BREAD LOAF $20
With blueberries and chocolate

BANANA MUFFINS $6
With blueberries and chocolate (ask to omit either or these)

RAW CAKES $7
Strawberry, blackcurrant or lemon lime,
topped with raw chocolate

TURMERIC GINGER TONIC $11
With lemon and lime,
sweetened with raw blue agave.
250ml bottle, dilute 1:1 with water or ice

BLUEBERRY BLACKCURRANT TONIC $11
With lemon and beetroot,
sweetened with raw blue agave.
250ml bottle, dilute 1:1 with water or ice

This menu is gluten free and mostly certified organic ingredients.
