Yesterday, three young ladies walked into our office asking for a 1m x 1m heat‑transfer vinyl.
It was an unusual request, so I stepped in to understand what they were planning.
They showed us the fabric — full of deep indentations, not suitable for heat transfer.
No guarantee could be offered by anyone, and the process would be very expensive.
We asked to see the image they wanted printed and offered a few simple, cost‑effective alternatives.
Decision made. Problem solved.
It was a community project, so we waived the setup cost and added a 10% discount on our advertised specials.
File arrived at 4pm.
Proof approved.
Customer collected the finished product at 9am this morning.
That’s the difference experience makes.
