This week we worked along side some young people at sharing with them what AI is, how to use it responsibly and other emerging tech they need to be aware of for their future.

We had 13 people present today their own AI agent that could solve a real problem. They all did very well and we very impressed with what they all produced in under 3 days.

Thanks to such as Priscilla and Daisy for inviting us in, Pierre for his support all week and .bp for connecting us 🙏🏽

Today I had the chance to run an AI workshop with a crew doing the mahi I once had the privilege to be part of.

It’s been eight years since I was in their shoes, working alongside whānau and community. The programme stretches across the country from the far north, all the way down to the South Island. It was a great chance to hear about the unique challenges they’re facing and to get a sense of how AI is being explored and applied in their communities.

It was cool to reconnect with some familiar faces and see a new wave of people stepping up to carry the kaupapa forward 🌊

Big moves for my big boy (and his parents) today.

Think I was more nervous than he was. I told him have fun but lookout for naughty friends like your uncle who will get you into trouble all the time 😂

We start the cycle again. Made me wonder what experience he will have as I will always say this school did a lot for my growth. All I know is that he looks way cuter then his dad in the same uniform 😂
