To our Dear Valued Customers

PacificLink wishes to advise that the container that was scheduled to originally arrive from Auckland to Apia on the 7th of May, has now been delayed for the 3rd time.

Please kindly note that these delays are beyond our control, the shipping company is doing its very best to ensure the safe delivery of our container to Samoa.

Delays may occur due to several reason including weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

According to the update received yesterday ETA to Apia is now scheduled for the 15th-16th of May, 2026.

Loading Day at PacificLink 🚛📦

When we first started PacificLink, every label was handwritten, one by one, long days, steady hands, and a whole lot of love behind the hustle.

To make our work easier, we’ve upgraded to a labelling machine to keep things moving faster, but today was special.

Our dear mom, who we call boss lady, is on her dementia journey, and through sharing her story, we aim to raise awareness and stand alongside pasefika families navigating the same path, learning and adapting to be part of their world ❤️❤️❤️

Today we bought Boss Lady into work, which isnt new to her, she goes to work when were in Samoa too, and when shes around we do things a little differently.

We make space, we include her, and we meet her where she’s at ❤️ today we took it back to where it all first started…handwritten labels 😊 We always try to keep mom busy, whether its writing labels or packing, and making her feel needed, because this makes her feel happy, and keeps her mind off from wandering❤️

Moments like this matter more to us then racing against time❤️ caring for our mother, has always been bigger than business. We owe her so much, so when shes around we all know to slow things down to suit her pace, were no expert in caring for dementia, it took us a few years to understand and pick up on the dos and the donts, and everyday we learn something new, that helps us better care for Boss Lady❤️

So if your caring for your elderly or dementia parent, Your not alone, keep going, your doing a great job❤️
